DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?

In the state of Wisconsin a lawyer is not required. However, it's never a bad ideal to run any legal questions you may have pass a real estate attorney. 

HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS FOR MY PROPERTY?

I will provide a effective marketing plan that will provide your property with the needed exposure. I will also work with all realtors, and their buyers to ensure we are providing them with the information they need to make a offer on your home 

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?

The commission for your property is 6 percent of your sale's price.  The commission is are included in your seller closing costs.
